Modify email server settings on iPhones

The incoming and outgoing servers specific to your company will be provided to you in a support ticket.

After your email service has been migrated to our private cloud, you may need to adjust your incoming and outgoing servers to continue to send and receive emails from your iPhone.  These instructions valid for iOS 12 and above.

Step #1:    Launch Settings
Step #2:  Tap Passwords and Accounts  and tap the email account you wish to modify.



Step #3:  You will need to change both Incoming Server and Outgoing Server (SMTP)  names.
